Dalmatians are the worst. It seems we have a lot of Shih Tzu in this area with tabs and some Doxie endotropic deaf. But that is for the farmers in the area could not hang all the races.

Each race has its own genetic defects. Be Dalmatians are prone to deafness, and I think poodles are prone to cataracts.
This is the main reason I like mixtures. not perfect (my collie / or x became deaf at the age of 12), but I think the risks are reduced.

Well, I have a Chihuahua and a very loyal dog, cute and playful at times tried to take on a coyote and a black lab and a number of chronic diseases, but survived
become blind and very hard to hear quickly lost a few buds, and we had to down to your meal, but Chihuahuas are really difficult, but the dogs always nice to have around

It's two races, but the colors * irreputable *- and some breeders (insert here) - The race for the colors, because they think they are cool, but contain recessive genes that cause these diseases. So basically, if you find a good breeder, they breeding dogs that are tested against these regulations has been, and the pedigrees are clear.

But here are the races that I know who have problems, especially on the / white Blue Eys dogs such as Boxers, Dalmatians and Shelties are related.

His eye problem that is more concerned about the blindness is not necessary, but the round eyes, as mistakes of breeds Shih Tzu, Pugs, etc. Be careful because many other eye problems.

All breeds are some questions and if you use a reputable breeder, which is the recognition of this, and would prove happy. There are the big dogs (labs, poodles, shepherds) are prone to hip dysplasia, but the farmers are the dogs up to 2 years) Test (prior to breeding to ensure that the hips, before they clear breed.

Good luck!

I know that my sister-in-law, a regulator of the English, is blind and deaf as a result of agricultural practices HORRBILE. She was kind enough to this dog a wonderful house. I've heard from his research that, if there is a breeder, a breed of dog to be (except, of course), knows how deafness and blindness is often the result.

Remember, with the breeder for if you can be trusted to that route or actions that will always decide the best way forward. You can use the big dogs like that.
