Rotator cuff? - rotator cuff brainstorm

When I see a tear in my rotator cuff, Where Does It Hurt? I am not around my shoulders, but the pain is in itself of the rotator cuff of the left shoulder.

Is it possible that I broke or perhaps only partially broken? (You can still arm again, but my rotator cuff that hurts a bit.)
